Customer satisfaction is our first priority at Shades of Monet®!
If you are unsatisfied with any Shades of Monet® online product please contact us immediately and let us know why, helping us insure that you are a continued satisfied customer. We will gladly exchange your purchase for any other Shades of Monet® online product or if we are unable to accommodate you with a new online product then we will gladly refund your purchased order.
Merchandise Return Policy Process
We request that your unsatisfied item(s) are returned within the first 30 days of the purchase date. You must mail back by UPS or any other Partial Postage insuring that your item(s) have been received on our end. All items(s) must be returned to Shades of Monet Cosmetics: P.O. Box 2513 Duluth GA. 30096 prior to issuing credit for returned item(s).
We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping cost
Once we have received your package we will credit your billing credit card for the charged purchased amount (less shipping).
Please allow 7 – 14 business days for your financial institution to reflect the returned transaction.

Damaged Items
Shades of Monet® tries to insure that your package(s) are delivered not only in a timely matter but also undamaged. However, there are times where packages become damaged in the carrier process. Should you experience such damage to your products please call us immediately at 1-888-518-1613 or email us directly at customerservice@shadesofmonet.com with a detailed description describing the damage to purchase item(s).
We will request that you send back damaged goods by UPS or any other Insured Partial Postage insuring that your damaged goods have been received on our end.

Once we have received your package we will replace your item and reship the next business day (PROVIDED MERCHADISE IS IN STOCK) to the current shipping address on file.
This time shipping is on us!
Out of Stock/ Backorders
When an item that is selected is out of stock or on back order, you will be notified immediately of the estimated time for arrival via email. All other in stock items will be shipped 7- 10 Business day excluding holidays.
In this scenario you will not be charged with two separate shipping fees. You will only be charge the original shipping cost.
Sales Taxes
If you are a residence in the state of Georgia and purchase Shades of Monet® products or services through our online store by law we are required to change 7.00 % sales tax.
All other states are excluded at this time.
